Do you offer group discounts?

A group discount of $15.00 off the cost of each ticket is offered for groups of 10 or more. If your group qualifies for a group discount please e-mail Theology_Conference@wheaton.edu to receive a group discount code.

Can I come for just one day?

We don't offer any discounts for only attending one day of the conference. You must pay the standard registration rate regardless of whether you plan to attend every session. The two evening sessions, however, are open to the public and may be attended free of charge.

Can I purchase recordings of the conference sessions?

Yes, recordings of the conference sessions will be available for purchase after the conference. To order a recording please contact Jean Bultema in our Media Resources department, after April 18th. She can be reached by phone at 630-752-5061 or by e-mail at Jean.A.Bultema@wheaton.edu

What is your refund policy?

All Theology Conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below. Letters and/or an e-mail to the Conference Registrar should be received no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference to receive a full refund of the conference payments (minus an administrative fee of $20.00) with the exception of the Emergency situations as noted below. Telephone requests will not be honored. Refund requests postmarked fewer than 30 days prior to the start of the Conference will receive a 50% registration fee refund. Requests for refunds received after the first day of the Conference will not be considered. Refunds will be sent within six weeks after the conference has concluded.

In the case of overpayment of Conference fees for whatever reason, the amount overpaid will be refunded to the Conference registrant upon confirmation by the Conference Coordinator no later than 30 days from the last day of the Conference.

Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Attendees who are unable to attend the Conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstances must contact the Conference Coordinator by letter or e-mail no later than 30 days after the first day of the Conference to receive a full refund less the $20 administrative fee.

Substitution Policy: After the Conference registration deadline but by the Friday before the first days of a Conference, a registrant may request the privilege of sending a substitute in their place for a $20 administrative fee.
