Office Support Information

Our office hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. We are located in Blanchard, Room 171, which is on the east end of the Blanchard building. Come visit us anytime if you have a computer support issue, or just a simple question. We are always happy to help in any way that we can.

Our goal here at Computer Support is to serve you in the best and most efficient way possible. We strive to find solutions to your problems; however, some problems occur that are out of our control and there is nothing we can do to fix these problems. Also, other problems may occur to students or faculty that do not fall within our realm for support. Many articles on this site are directed specifically towards faculty or students and requesting support is not always available. This said, all self-support provided on our website is free to anyone.
