Individual Visits
 Visiting campus is a great way to get a feel for a college, and we hope that you choose to visit us!
Our office welcomes visitors year-round and is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Please contact our Campus Visit
Coordinator at 800-222-2419 ext. 2 (or 630-752-5600) to schedule a visit.
Weekday Visitors
During the school year, we recommend visiting on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, as these days offer
more class visit options. Chapel services take place Monday, Wednesday,
and Friday from September through April, as well, and provide a great
venue for you to interact with the Wheaton College community.
On most school days, tours (led by a Wheaton student) and information sessions (led by an Admissions Counselor) will take place at the following times:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:
- 9:15 am tour
- 11:30 am information session
- 2 pm information session
- 3:15 pm tour
Tuesday and Thursday:
- 9:15 am tour
- 10:30 am information session
- 2 pm information session
- 3:15 pm tour
In addition to scheduling tours and information sessions, with two weeks notice, the Visit Coordinator can also schedule the following:
Our Visit Coordinator can also arrange for overnight housing in a residence hall with a student host. If you would like to schedule an overnight stay, please contact us at least three weeks prior to
your visit. A hotel list is available for family staying overnight in the Wheaton area.
Saturday Visitors
The Admissions Office will be open for a tour and information session from 10am-12pm on the following days:
- Saturday, October 4 (Homecoming)
- Saturday, November 8 (Family Weekend)

Travel Information
The Admissions Office is located in the Student Services Building, which is west of the Beamer Student Center. Parking near the office may be very limited. Please allow at least 15 minutes
to secure a parking spot. Campus visitors may park in the "W" lots shown on the map
below.
If you are traveling by plane, we recommend either renting a car or contacting West Suburban Limo at 800-942-5466 or American Charter Coach at 800-400-5500 for transportation from/to O'Hare and Midway Airports.
